Passez au mixeur.<br><strong>Pr\u00e9parez une pur\u00e9e de pommes de terre<\/strong> avec 6 pommes de terre moyennes.<br><strong>Disposez la pur\u00e9e encore bien chaude dans le fond d&rsquo;un plat allant au four.<\/strong><br>Avec une grande cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe, creusez les puits pour y casser les \u0153ufs.
