Faites-les cuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres, \u00e9gouttez et r\u00e9servez. Nettoyez les choux de Bruxelles et coupez l\u00e8s en 2 s&rsquo;ils sont gros.
