M\u00e9langez le dans un saladier avec la sauce soja. <br>Laissez mac\u00e9rer 30 min.<br> Pendant ce temps \u00e9mincez le bulbe de fenouil, l\u2019oignon nouveau et le citron au robot ou \u00e0 la mandoline, r\u00e2pez la carotte. <br>Coupez les tomates en petits cubes.<br>Egouttez le concombre qui aura d\u00e9gorg\u00e9 et bien l\u2019essorer. <br>Dans un grand saladier, mettez le gingembre frais, les l\u00e9gumes, les crevettes et quelques tranches de citron (r\u00e9servez le reste de citron pour le service).<br>M\u00e9langez d\u00e9licatement, ajoutez l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, poivrez.
