Les plonger 5min dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e, les \u00e9goutter soigneusement et r\u00e9server. <br>Couper les poireaux en rondelles et bien les rincer pour les faire revenir dans l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive sans les faire colorer pendant 5min.<br>M\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me, la moutarde, ajouter le curry, le sel et le poivre dans un saladier et m\u00e9langer avec tous les l\u00e9gumes.
