Elles doivent rester un peu croquantes.<br>Laver et couper le concombre, les tomates et la f\u00eata en petits cubes.<br>Eplucher et \u00e9mincer finement l&rsquo;oignon.<br>R\u00e9server chaque ingr\u00e9dient s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<br>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer l&rsquo;huile et le jus de citron. Saler et poivrer.
