poires<br>2 oignons &#8211;<br>1 petit morceau de gingembre<br>2 gousses d&rsquo;ail <br>1 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;\u00e9pices pour tajine (coriandre, cumin safran ras el hanout) <br>125 g de fruits secs (noix, raisins amandes)<br>1 bouquet de coriandre<br>2 c\u00e0s de miel<br>huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale <br>sel, poivre du moulin<br><br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C. <br>Mettez les bulbes de fenouil lav\u00e9s, \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en tranches, les poires pel\u00e9es, coup\u00e9es en quatre, les oignons \u00e9pluch\u00e9s et \u00e9minc\u00e9s, le gingembre \u00e9pluch\u00e9 et r\u00e2p\u00e9, les gousses d\u2019ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et hach\u00e9es dans un tajine ou dans une cocotte. <br>Posez l\u2019\u00e9paule d\u2019agneau dessus, salez, poivrez, ajoutez les \u00e9pices, le miel, un filet d\u2019huile, les fruits secs, la coriandre cisel\u00e9e et 1\/2 verre d\u2019eau. <br>Couvrez et faites cuire dans le four pendant 2 h 30. <br>R\u00e9duisez \u00e0 150 \u00b0C \u00e0 mi-cuisson. <br>Servez avec de la semoule, du boulgour ou du quinoa rouge. <br><strong><em>Astuce :<\/em><\/strong> Vous pouvez r\u00e9duire le temps de cuisson de 1 h en faisant revenir la viande, puis les l\u00e9gumes, avant de mettre la cocotte au four. <br>Et si vous n\u2019aimez pas l\u2019agneau cette recette sera
