(<em>option : ajouter les lardons et les faire dorer)<\/em>. R\u00e9server quand ils sont translucides.<br>\u00c9plucher les carottes, les d\u00e9couper en lamelles, dans le sens de la longueur.<br>Equeuter les haricots et les couper en tron\u00e7ons de 2-3 cm de long.<br>Faire cuire 5 min les carottes avec les haricots rame dans de l\u2019eau sal\u00e9e ou \u00e0 la vapeur. <br>Dans la po\u00eale avec les oignons ajouter les l\u00e9gumes \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, la gousse d\u2019ail \u00e9cras\u00e9e et une cuill\u00e8re d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.
