Les r\u00e2per pas trop finement (r\u00e2pe \u00e0 gros trous).<br>Pour la vinaigrette, presser la demie orange et le citron jaune.<br>Mettre la moutarde dans un r\u00e9cipient et la d\u00e9layer petit \u00e0 petit avec le jus des agrumes. <br>Ajouter l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive selon votre go\u00fbt.
