lardons fum\u00e9s<br>Muscade<br>Sel, poivre<br>1 paquet de levure chimique <br>4 \u0153ufs <br>1 botte d\u2019oignons nouveaux <br>250 g de farine<br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>Cuire les lardons dans un peu d&rsquo;eau jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils r\u00f4tissent, \u00e9goutter et r\u00e9server. <br>Couper les oignons en petits morceaux (le blanc et le vert), r\u00e9server.<br>M\u00e9langer la farine, avec la levure, les \u00e9pices et y ajouter les \u0153ufs.<br>Bien m\u00e9langer. <br>Ensuite, incorporer le beurre fondu et m\u00e9langer \u00e0 nouveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te bien lisse.<br>Ajouter alors les oignons, les lardons et la f\u00eata \u00e9miett\u00e9e.<br>Mettre dans un moule \u00e0 cake et cuire \u00e0 200\u00b0 pendant
