{"id":2668,"date":"2021-04-03T17:10:25","date_gmt":"2021-04-03T15:10:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.biauxarpajonnais.org\/?p=2668"},"modified":"2021-04-21T10:56:05","modified_gmt":"2021-04-21T08:56:05","slug":"pesto-de-persil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.biauxarpajonnais.org\/index.php\/2021\/04\/03\/pesto-de-persil\/","title":{"rendered":"Pesto de Persil"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"212\" height=\"161\" src=\"https:\/\/www.biauxarpajonnais.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/Pesto-de-persil.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2669\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients (4 pers) :<\/strong> <br>500g de spaghetti<br>1 bouquet de persil<br>1 oignon<br>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail \u00e9pluch\u00e9e<br>40g de pignons de pin<br>20 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<br>20g de parmesan<br><br><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><br>Faites griller rapidement les pignons dans une po\u00eale. <br>Dans le bol d&rsquo;un mixeur, mixez le persil, l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9, l&rsquo;ail et les pignons.<br>Ajoutez 15 cl d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive et le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9. <br>Mixez encore 1 \u00e0 2 min et ajustez l&rsquo;assaisonnement. <br>Faites cuire les spaghettis al dente dans une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante sal\u00e9e. <br>Egouttez les p\u00e2tes, en gardant 1\/2 verre d&rsquo;eau de cuisson. <br>Reversez les p\u00e2tes dans la casserole, ajoutez le pesto de persil, m\u00e9langez soigneusement, salez, poivrez. <br>Si la sauce est trop \u00e9paisse, ajoutez un peu d\u2019eau de cuisson. <br>Servez chaud. <br><br><strong><em>Astuce : <\/em><\/strong>Pr\u00e9parez votre pesto de persil \u00e0 l\u2019avance et conservez-le 2 \u00e0 3 semaines au frigo dans un pot herm\u00e9tique (une fine couche d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 la surface garantira encore une meilleure conservation).
