Lorsque la pur\u00e9e est homog\u00e8ne, r\u00e9server<br>Dans une grande po\u00eale sans mati\u00e8re grasse, faire dorer les lardons \u00e0 feu fort 5 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient cuits. R\u00e9server<br>Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir l&rsquo;oignon dans la graisse des lardons (ou dans un peu d&rsquo;huile)<br>Lorsqu&rsquo;ils commence \u00e0 dorer, ajouter le chou et la pomme<br>Faire revenir encore 1 minute en remuant<br>Ajouter le bouillon et le vinaigre, laisser cuire \u00e0 couvert 15 minutes<br>Enfin ajouter le vin, laisser cuire \u00e0 feu doux en remuant de temps en temps jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la plupart du liquide se soit \u00e9vapor\u00e9<br>A la fin, ajouter les lardons<br>Dans un grand plat \u00e0 gratin, disposer le chou en une couche \u00e9paisse<br>Recouvrir avec la pur\u00e9e<br>Mettre au four \u00e0 140\u00b0C pendant 20 minutes<br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span
