Elle est \u00e9galement riche en fibres et entra\u00eene une sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 rapide. <br>Bourr\u00e9e d\u2019antioxydants et de fibres, consommer de l&rsquo;aubergine est excellent pour conserver une bonne hygi\u00e8ne intestinale.<br>Riche en min\u00e9raux et notamment en potassium, l&rsquo;aubergine est un diur\u00e9tique naturel tr\u00e8s efficace. <br>Ce l\u00e9gume permet de d\u00e9toxifier l&rsquo;organisme et am\u00e9liore efficacement les fonctions r\u00e9nales. <br><strong><em>La cuisiner :<\/em><\/strong> Halte aux id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues ! L\u2019aubergine n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre pel\u00e9e. Au contraire, ce serait priver vos petits plats de sa belle teinte violet profond. Sans compter que la pr\u00e9sence de la peau limite l\u2019absorption des corps gras<br>dont la chair de l\u2019aubergine est friande. <br>Mijot\u00e9e, grill\u00e9e, saut\u00e9e, frite, et la chair de l\u2019aubergine prend une texture incroyablement fondante en bouche.
